This lovely book has fallen into my hands and is proving most insightful. It is mainly about the relationship of teachers to students, but also gives valuable advice to parents who believe that solving their child’s problems and running to school at every opportunity to support and even out their child’s rocky path, means that they are responsible and responsive mothers or fathers.
I have watched Josh Kaufman along with 22 million viewers on Youtube about “The first 20 hours and how to learn anything”. Naturally, I had to put it to a test: Can an adult with dyslexia, with average or poor reading skills learn to read in twenty hours? And what steps would allow this shortcut to happen?
